Liquid Filling Machines
At E-PAK Machinery, we specialize in offering our clients high quality liquid filling machines that are designed to last for years to come. These machines can accommodate a variety of container shapes and sizes, and are designed to work with various viscosity liquids. In these videos, you’ll see how each machine works and learn which ones are best for your products.
Types of Liquid Filling Machines
In our range of liquid filling machinery, we offer a number of different types that will work with various liquids. For instance, pressure fillers work well with highly viscous liquids, as these machines use pressure to ensure enough product gets into each container. Net weigh fillers work excellently with large quantities, such as 5-gallon buckets of liquids, or small quantities of expensive-to-manufacture liquids, such as perfumes. Net weigh fillers are programmed to use gravity and a weigh station to determine when to stop each nozzle from filling more liquid into a container. Aside from these two machines, there are also pump fillers, portable molten fillers, overflow fillers, gravity fillers, molten fillers, and piston fillers. Other Parts of a Bottling System
Aside from the actual filling machine, you’ll need to prepare the rest of your filling system. Start with bottle cleaners, which prepare the containers for use by decontaminating them. You’ll also need conveyers to bring the containers from one station’s machine to the next. Then, you’ll use the aforementioned liquid filling machines, followed by capping machines (including accessories like cap sorters and cap elevators), and finally labeling machines, which affix a sticker or label that lets consumers know what is in the container.
