In this uncertain time, we want you to know that, E-PAK Machinery is dedicated to the safety of our employees and our valued customers.
To address this ever-changing situation, we are monitoring and abiding by the latest recommendations from the CDC, WHO, as well as the guidelines of the federal government.
E-PAK Machinery is open for business and is dedicated to supporting our current customer’s and new customer’s need for machinery, parts, service and technical support.
Presently we have limited all non-essential travel, but will travel to support our customers that are in need of our services to keep your production lines up and running. We understand the importance of uninterrupted production, especially in a time like this. We are encouraging our employees not to come to work if they are sick and to eliminate non-essential meetings.
We are working hard to make sure that we can assure the safety and protection of our customers employees and our community so that we can continue to provide the service and quality that our customers have come to expect from us.
Additionally, if you are practicing social distancing and not allowing outside people in your facility right now, please know that our technicians are available for skype/facetime trouble shooting and as always, our 24 hour , seven days a week, 365 day a year over the phone technical support is available.
